Product Description
Nimonic 90 (UNS N07090 / W. Nr. 2.4632) is a nickel-chromium-cobalt base superalloy wire that has been specifically developed for age-hardenable, creep-resisting service in high-temperature applications. With a balanced composition including 18-21% chromium and 15-21% cobalt, plus titanium and aluminum for precipitation strengthening, this alloy maintains outstanding tensile and rupture strength even after prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures.
Manufactured to strict aerospace and industrial standards (including AMS 5829 and BS HR specifications), our Nimonic 90 high temperature resistant wire offers excellent fabricability in wire form while providing superior performance in hot sections of gas turbines, jet engines, and other thermal machinery. Whether used for springs, fasteners, or sensor elements, it ensures long-term dimensional stability and resistance to deformation under load.
