Cr15Ni60 Nichrome resistance wire is manufactured from a nickel-chromium alloy containing approximately 15% chromium and 60% nickel, offering an ideal balance between electrical resistance, ductility, and heat resistance. The wire maintains stable performance under continuous high-temperature operation and delivers excellent mechanical strength after prolonged heating cycles.
With bright annealed processing, the wire surface becomes smooth, oxide-free, and suitable for automated coil winding applications. Its superior thermal stability and long service life make it a preferred material for electric heating systems and resistance elements.
