Product Description

3J53 Elastic Alloy Strips are premium functional materials engineered through Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) with precise ratios of nickel, cobalt, beryllium, chromium, and other elements. 3J53 Elastic Alloy Strips deliver an ultra-high elastic limit (≥1600 MPa), near-zero hysteresis loss (<0.1% energy dissipation), superior stress relaxation resistance (<0.05% deformation after 10,000 hours at 200℃), and stable temperature performance (≤5% elastic modulus variation from -50℃ to 400℃). Designed for extreme environments, they exhibit exceptional high-cycle fatigue resistance (>10⁷ cycles) and biocompatibility compliant with ISO 5832 standards.
These properties make them ideal for critical applications including strain-sensitive elements in precision sensors, minimally invasive medical implants (such as heart valve stents and orthopedic devices), and aerospace actuators (engine valves and satellite mechanisms). Supported by ISO 13485 (Medical) and AS9100 (Aerospace) certifications, elastic alloys guarantee zero-failure performance in demanding operational conditions across healthcare, aerospace, and advanced instrumentation sectors.

Elastic strain limit up to 1.5%~2.0% (vs. <0.5% for SS), withstands 10⁷ load cycles without permanent deformation (ASTM E466).
Temperature coefficient |αᴇ| ≤ 10 ppm/℃ (-50~150℃), e.g., Ni-Span C® 902 alloy.
Dynamic loss angle tanδ < 0.001 (1kHz), frequency stability ±0.001% (resonator applications).
Stress retention >97% after 1000h (70%σ₀.₂, 150℃ | ASTM E328).
Passivated alloys pass 2000h salt spray (ISO 9227 NSS), e.g., Co40NiCrMo.
Relative permeability μʀ ≤ 1.002 (e.g., Ni36CrTiAl), compliant with ASTM A342 non-magnetic standard.
