1.Raw Material Purchase Control

 
Establish long-term co-operation with reputable raw material suppliers to ensure the quality stability of raw materials.
Each batch of raw materials are required to provide quality documents (such as raw material reports, composition test reports, etc.).
Through professional incoming material testing, including chemical equipment composition analysis and mechanical performance testing, to ensure compliance with technical requirements.

On-line inspection of key production nodes, such as dimensional measurement, strength test, etc., to ensure that the products at each stage are qualified.
