DLX Alloy supplies Incoloy 925 wire for manufacturers and industrial buyers specifying an age-hardenable nickel-iron-chromium alloy. Also designated UNS N09925, Alloy 925 contains molybdenum, copper, titanium and aluminum to provide a combination of strength and corrosion resistance in the specified material condition.

Age hardenable: Heat treatment can increase strength. Required properties depend on the specified product form, processing route and heat-treatment condition.
Strength and corrosion resistance: Alloy 925 is selected for applications that require both properties; confirm suitability for the actual operating environment.
Resistance to selected sour-service conditions: The alloy is used in components for sour oil and gas environments when the material condition and service requirements meet the applicable specification.
Resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion: Molybdenum and copper contribute to corrosion resistance in selected environments. Performance depends on the medium, temperature and exposure.
