Incoloy 800H (UNS N08810) is a modified nickel-iron-chromium alloy optimized for elevated temperature service. With controlled carbon content (0.05-0.10%) and enhanced grain size, it offers significantly improved creep and stress rupture strength compared to standard Incoloy 800. Our welding wire and spring wire forms excel in chemical processing environments, providing outstanding resistance to oxidation, carburization, nitriding, and sulfidation.
Available in various diameters for MIG/TIG welding, spring forming, and custom fabrication. Perfect for petrochemical plants, heat exchangers, and furnace components requiring reliable performance above 1100°F (593°C).
