Product Description
Our pure nickel strip Ni200 and Ni201 soft annealed strip is manufactured from high-purity electrolytic nickel for demanding UAV and drone battery applications. Soft annealing produces a fully annealed microstructure that offers excellent ductility, consistent thickness, and clean surface finish ideal for precision spot welding of battery interconnects.
Ni200 (commercially pure nickel) and Ni201 (low-carbon variant) provide outstanding corrosion resistance, thermal stability, and electrical conductivity required for reliable power transmission in high-performance UAV lithium battery packs. The soft annealed condition minimizes work hardening during forming and ensures strong, low-resistance welds on battery tabs and busbars.
