Product Description
Our pure nickel strip N4 N6 combines ≥99.6–99.9% nickel content with soft annealed (soft temper) processing to deliver optimal electrical conductivity and mechanical ductility. Equivalent to Ni200/Ni201 (ASTM B162), the material features low electrical resistivity (approximately 7.6–8.5 µΩ·cm / ~25% IACS), density of 8.89 g/cm³ and melting range of 1435–1446 °C. Soft temper hardness (typically HV 90–140) ensures the strip sits flat on cell terminals, enabling deep, reliable spot welds without excessive heat input that could damage lithium cells. Ideal for high-drain UAV drone packs, these battery interconnect strips reduce I⊃2;R losses, improve power delivery and support long-term reliability in vibration-prone environments.
