Our customized hexagonal zigzag electrode mesh for electrolyzer delivers optimized electrochemical performance in water electrolysis and hydrogen production systems. The unique combination of hexagonal pattern and zigzag structure provides high open area, excellent conductivity, and superior mass transport compared with conventional woven or expanded mesh electrodes.
This electrode mesh is ideal for alkaline water electrolyzers (AWE), PEM electrolyzers, and zero-gap configurations. The hexagonal zigzag design enhances gas diffusion, reduces overpotential, and supports higher current densities while maintaining mechanical stability under industrial operating conditions.
