Our pure nickel electrode mesh with small pore size and uniform distribution is a high-performance solution for modern electrolyzer systems. Manufactured from high-purity nickel (≥99.5%), the mesh offers outstanding electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance in alkaline environments, and excellent mechanical stability.
The carefully engineered small pore size combined with uniform pore distribution provides a large effective surface area, promotes rapid bubble detachment, reduces gas coverage, and supports higher current densities with lower cell voltage. Ideal as cathode or anode electrode mesh, current collector, or auxiliary electrode in alkaline water electrolyzers (AWE), this pure nickel mesh electrode is fully customizable to meet exact electrolyzer design requirements for both industrial hydrogen production and research applications.
