Our N6 nickel expanded mesh three-dimensional for electrolyzer electrode is manufactured from high-purity N6 pure nickel (Ni ≥ 99.5%) through precision expansion technology. The unique three-dimensional expanded structure creates diamond-shaped openings with raised geometry, significantly increasing the effective active surface area compared with flat woven meshes.
This three-dimensional expanded nickel mesh serves as an ideal electrode or current collector in alkaline water electrolyzers (AWE), supporting efficient hydrogen evolution and oxygen evolution reactions. The open three-dimensional design promotes rapid bubble detachment, uniform electrolyte distribution, and reduced overpotential, making it a preferred choice for high-performance electrolyzer electrode systems and large-scale green hydrogen production.
