DLX's FeCrAl resistance strip, such as the 0Cr25Al5 alloy, is a premium iron-chromium-aluminum alloy strip designed for high-temperature and high-performance applications. Composed of 25% chromium, 5% aluminum, and iron, this strip offers superior oxidation resistance, high electrical resistivity, and exceptional durability. With a maximum continuous operating temperature of 1250°C, it is perfect for industrial furnaces, household appliances, and advanced manufacturing. The protective aluminum oxide layer ensures stability in oxidative and corrosive environments, making it a cost-effective alternative to NiCr alloys.

A: 0Cr25Al5 (also 1Cr25Al5 or Cr25Al5) is a high-resistivity iron-chromium-aluminium (Fe-Cr-Al) electrothermal alloy strip developed and manufactured in China. It has almost identical chemical composition and performance to Swedish Kanthal D, reaching maximum service temperature of 1300–1350°C, which makes it the most popular Kanthal-grade replacement in China and worldwide.

Q2: What are the main applications of 0Cr25Al5 FeCrAl resistance heating strip?

A: It is widely used in industrial electric furnaces, kiln heating elements, ceramic kilns, glass melting furnaces, heat-treatment furnaces, infrared heaters, resistor braking systems, and high-power household appliances.
