Product Description


0Cr21Al4 is a FeCrAl electrical resistance alloy consisting primarily of iron, chromium and aluminum. It is designed for applications requiring electrical resistance, high-temperature oxidation resistance and dimensional stability.
The alloy's chromium and aluminum content helps form a protective oxide layer during high-temperature operation. This oxide layer helps reduce further oxidation and supports the service life of heating components under suitable operating conditions.
Compared with lower-temperature FeCrAl grades such as 1Cr13Al4, 0Cr21Al4 provides a higher maximum service temperature. DLX's technical data lists approximately 1100°C for 0Cr21Al4.
The bar and rod form can be used as a feedstock or structural component for resistance heating equipment, furnace components and customized industrial heating assemblies.
