Ni200 Ni201 Pure Nickel Wire

DLX Alloy manufactures and supplies N4 and N6 pure nickel wire for industrial, electrical, battery, chemical and precision applications. Our nickel wire is available in custom diameters, surface finishes and delivery conditions according to customer requirements.

N4 pure nickel wire is commonly associated with Ni201, while N6 pure nickel wire is commonly associated with Ni200. The appropriate grade depends on the required chemical composition, carbon content, temperature performance, corrosion resistance and application.

We manufacture pure nickel wire from raw material melting and drawing through heat treatment, surface finishing and final inspection. Custom sizes and specifications are available for OEM and industrial orders.
