Cr20Ni80 Nichrome Thermal Spray Wire is composed of approximately 80% nickel and 20% chromium, providing outstanding resistance to oxidation, thermal cycling, and corrosion at elevated temperatures. The alloy is commonly used in electric arc and flame spray systems to produce protective coatings that enhance component lifespan and operational reliability.
