Product Description
Our Copper Ni Clad Composite Sheet is a specialized bimetallic material with one side pure copper and one side pure nickel, developed for demanding battery interconnects. Through advanced roll-bonding technology, it creates a strong metallurgical bond that merges copper’s exceptional electrical and thermal conductivity with nickel’s excellent weldability and corrosion resistance.
This copper nickel clad sheet significantly reduces internal resistance and heat generation in battery packs while enabling reliable spot, ultrasonic, or laser welding on the nickel surface. It is the preferred choice for lithium-ion battery interconnects, EV battery modules, energy storage systems, and high-drain power tool applications.
